This week I managed a couple of times to run for 40minutes without stopping, not a lot for a proper runner but for me this is miraculous considering how unhealthy I was a couple of months ago!

But tried to run again today before work and got a killer stitch after only being out for 5 minutes. Don't know what I did wrong but i feel really shit & disappointed! I thought I was doing so well...maybe it's cos I didn't eat last night or this morning. But I thought I'd get a stitch if I had breakfast before running, arghhh! What a bummer :(

When I was trying to get to sleep last night I was half dreaming in Dutch. What the hell is that about??! I've only learnt a few words since I've been here..or maybe I've learnt loads but can only access it when I'm half asleep. Scary!

Style 67-06 and cut 14064. I don't think they've ever been worn, and I've only tried them on once for 10 seconds before deciding they're definitely not for me. They have a zip that goes down each side. The waistband measures 29inches.

Haven't a clue how much they're worth so open to offers!

Please see here for my eBay feedback

I will never, ever drink Jagermeister again!! The fact that it's served in test tube's should have put me off but as it's on display in every bar in Amsterdam I thought I should give it a go. BIG MISTAKE. Having started drinking at midday with no breakfast and then moving on to Jagermeister at about 6pm, by 6.10pm I felt awful. Tried to find a burger bar to settle my increasingly queezy stomach, got lost in the red light district!

Couldn't see straight to send a text, somehow I ended up at Waterlooplein tram station where I got the tram (going the wrong way) back to Central Station so I had to stay on it while it looped back to Amstelveen. Thank god I made it home. I spent the rest of my Saturday night in bed feeling like absolute death, ha ha!
